before you break out the tissues and cards- he4has a 1cm cut on his knee- required 2 hours of screaming last night because when it happened 'somebody' just put a bandage on it, so it took me that long to finally soak it enough to get that off!! he thought we may have to keep him off school today!! he has many great qualities, but stoicism isn't one of them!!!

ahh- sorry that happened to you- it is hard to take, but at least he had the decency to not meet you and possibly develop feelings for you( or you for him) when he was not really available

to be honest- haven't met any socially so i can't really comment. have met a couple that work for friends and one as a patient, but no-one in a ( potentially) romantic situation. do you guys go out??

okay- back on track here- I think there's a lot to be said for not really looking. after all- how many relationships develop form just chatting to the first person you meet in the pub/club/supermarket??
i've met someone recently- a friends brother who didn't realise i was separated. who knows how far it will go? but i'm having fun and getting out with someone that will actually converse with me-

don't like the pub/club search myself, so i suppose we have to get ourselves out there, meeting friends that have friends, or joining gyms, book clubs or whatever you enjoy= just exposes you to more potential partners

actually my first is probably being in hospital at about 3 getting my tonsils out. first thing was being 'abandoned' by your parents( none of this 24 hour visiting then ) then being brought cornflakes for breakfast...I wanted porridge and cried till i got it aparently- but it had sugar on it - every true scottish person knows you only put salt on porridge ( got to keep the 'heart disease capital of the world' status intact!!)

my mum giving my wee brother one of his vaccinations- and him howling.. He was wearing that cute little shorts and aertex shirt outfit- wee chubby cheeks awhhhhh!!;;though i'm sure we were probably laughing ::
