Like I said- I hope he comes back- give us a chance to laugh WITH him, and maybe cheer him up- see we are not all like that.

PS- I am never rude to someone that approaches me, even if not remotely interested- can't stand that attitude in someone

ah come on now- the title of his thread was 'why Irish women are so stuck up' as his fist post- hardly a ''HI- i'm a nice bloke welcome me in '' Hopefully , he will come back and explain himself, and be welcomed with open arms if he is a nice guy. We have all done silly things with 'one too many' in us- I know i have, but would expect to be slagged for it, but also forgiven.

I have sent an IM to a girl a few times, and each time, i noticed that straight after me sending the IM, her status immediately changed from "online now" to "online today". I shes not interested, she should just say so.


TD- that has nothing to do with you IM'ing her- your 'online ' status shows as online for at least half an hour after you log off.
most people( myself included) don't accept Im's- unless they know the person, and have been emailing them previously, so don't feel offended by it. better to email them and let them respond- if they don't respond to an email- either it is too brief( i don't reply to ' hi, how are you?') or she is not interested. it is a brutal game out there so take your time and wait for the right one

awhh- they did their best- doesn't help when people say they didn't play well- if they weren't as good as KK then it doesn't matter how hard they tried. As long as their hearts were in it, that's all that mattered, and they got there at all. I'll bet there wasn't a WD player that didn't give his all to try to win. there's always next year!!

I also had a ruptured appendix when i was 17 ( my poor mother, a doctor was mortified- she thought it was the sausages we had eaten as my brother also had a stomach ache )
I takes timet recover( and it sounds like your son had a more complicated case than most, but I am so glad he is on the mend and you have that wonderful Jock supporting you. I hope your other kids are doing well too and that all the news is good. Hope you are taking time to look after yourself too

We had lunch today in sunny wexford- and she is as lovely in real life as she seems here really friendly and down to earth- so all you lads- you need to make sure she goes to that night out!!
i probably talked the ear off her- tend to ramble a bit when i'm nervous- can you imagine what i am like when i met a guy for the first time anyway- it was lovely to meet you C and we'll need to get you out on the town some night
