So many worries & People confused. We seam like we dread another day. Every day, there is something else to worry over. Only with God, can we survive, each thing that keeps coming at us. He is there, if we believe HE is. As HE said, "give your burdens to me, & I will give you peace" Any thing now will help, if only for a while. If we knew the LORD is our "keeper"....we would not worry so much. But we are so afraid to share things with HIM. Don`t forget ...HE is always there, for us. HE did give HIS life for us ,after all. THAT in itself is a lot. HE suffered so we would not have to. I usually pray off the cuff. Never have a learned a supplementary prayer. I know HE sees all, hears all, & is always there. Never say: "I`m not important, or HE doesn`t have time for me. I`ve learned to thank God for each thing I have, no matter how small or big it is. I feel HE is in charge. every day....in every way. WE just haven`t learn to lean on HIM, not ourselves. After all HE is the SAVIOR. These are some poetry that may help. The 1st is about being alone-you never are. The 2nd is when my son died after being in a crash,that a drunk caused. (John was ony 23). My Comforting Lord Heavenly Father= Please let me know, that YOU feel, what is deep within my heart. When the day begins, mold me & use me to do things right. Stand by me, when I make decisions, let it be your way from the start. Let me feel the comfort of your loving arms & your mercy -hold me tight. And according to your word -clear my mind, & help me plan each day. Touch me tenderly-guide me in the direction & put me in the path you`ve chosen for me. When I get muddled, let me be still, so I can hear what you tell me. Be with me when I loose hope when my eyes cloud with tears, so I can`t see... If there is a crisis that may arise - YOU promised to lift me up. Help me to let go, when my burdens are too heavy, & I can`t cope with no strength of my own. Remind me of your presence, so I may drink of the living water of your cup. I will ever remember to praise you for your constant grace & I`ll know, I am never alone. Amen.
Nevertheless There was darkness that surrounded my vision.. Still, YOU promised to be there to light my way. YOU gave me hope...a new way to have a mission. Please forgive me for the times I didn`t trust YOU. Yes, LORD,Your unfailing love was always there-nevertheless Turmoil cause my life to constantly fall apart, Never did I think to ask for your help & guidance. But there you were, yo enter into the depths of my heart I should have asked you to stay & be my Savor- No, LORD. I wasn`t worthy, but YOU were patient.-Nevertheless. You sent angels to protect me, in that day turning from YOU, I may have been on sinful soil, & then I may not have listened. As younger people don`t always listen... still YOU answered prayers I didn`t utter. Thank YOU , LORD, YOU claimed me as your child.-Nevertheless I kept neglecting the meaning of your word, written long ago. And YOU set forth on gossamer wings & came down to me. YOU touched my heart & dwelled within to set it aglow. I never understood that your love was forever. Hallelujah. Your everlasting love never ceases.-Nevertheless. And when sorrow abounded & a loved one died, You sent a beautiful hymn to comfort & soothe me- A golden cord for me alone to sing, but instead, I just cried,... There wasn`t any doubt YOU mean to bring me closed to YOU. YOU were my comfort, LORD. YOU said You`d never leave me, Nevertheless. Even when I was troubled & couldn`t go to sleep.... But,still...YOU cared & sought me....like one lost sheep. A peace fell over me, that was beyond my comprehension... Forgive me for loosing my way. Amen
Want all to know, however the time spent (6 yrs on this site) & determination of a good person...I found the right person for me. Even if I am much older, we have out history so similar it is uncanny. But so good. Don`t give up. Numbers don`t mean anything when there is a connection. (And I am ordained since 2016) Rev. Nessie
