Most locations filmed in Sweden, some scenes filmed in Portugal and Spain Noomi Rapace makes is worth it. Didn't think the books/story are that great, too much hype. Still, it sticks out above a lot for its good quality. Dvd's are on amazon and not that expensive. Suggest you watch it in Swedish with subtitles. worth it, enjoy
