I think "how" we do things is more important than "what" we do. The most disgusting things can be met with sympathy, while the most sympathetic things may seem disgusting depending on how we do them.
First of all, I'm not muslim and the first one was a poll to clearly see the results, the second one is to understand the opinions underlying people's decisions.
