Depends where and what is causing the pain. Some herbal remedies are excellent such as Curcumin.

This might help.




Some creams such as Ibrufen and Deep Heat may also help. It really is trial and error as what suits one may not suit another.

I've had soft tissue damage to a shoulder for 3 months now and nothing has worked not even Oramorph so today my Surgeon injected it with cortisone. Waiting for it to take effect.

Oh I have evolved alright but probably not in the way you would want me to.. No reds under my bed. I just refuse to lower myself to a slanging match and throwing insults at people. I leave that to others as it serves no purpose.

My personal opinion of Presidential elections is get someone younger not senile old men which seems to be the norm of late.

I used his family as a secondary comment my main point was to do with Trump's thoughts on immigration now and how he abused them for his own good in the 80's or did you just choose to ignore that particular comment.

As for the U.K I don't need reminding of the refugees flooding our country thank you. I live here and watch this on a daily basis.

I find it abhorrent that 39 refugees taken from a barge in Portland near where I come from due to problems on board have the temerity to complain to our Government about conditions when our own people are homeless so YES I do care and don't need reminding. Whatever you might think, I am far from ignorant about what goes on in the World around me just not so prejudiced but do believe in calling a spade a spade.

The charges against him are when he was in office as President. He was charged as Mr. Trump to my knowledge not President Trump.

When addressing a former President of the United States in a formal setting, the correct form is “Mr. LastName.” (“President LastName” or “Mr. President” are terms reserved for the current head of state.)
