I was thinking outside the box at just what is going on in the World as we know it i.e. mass shootings ,wars ,murders whereby the victim is not given a choice or his/her's spirit.
Well to be honest most people in today's world of technology are brain dead anyway preferring to rely on their Smart phones etc. I despair when I walk around and people have them literally glued to their hands.
Spirit doesn't always decide when a body is done though and certainly not in today's World that's for sure.
So how would you define being brain dead as happens with humans when machines are switched off . I was under the impression that a body cannot survive without a brain but you have said activities within the body happen automatically with the brain not involved.
The mind is mental and the body is physical but the two must learn to live together as one for the survival of the whole.
Surely it's the brain which is an extremely complex organ that controls thought, memory, emotion, touch, motor skills, vision, breathing, temperature, hunger and every process that regulates our body.
Go there and find out for yourself then instead of copy and pasting what you deem to be factual. I pick on anyone's posts who haven't bothered to fact check first .....so get over yourself.
It's a fact that they bought the Hotel recently and there are other Hotels in the area who have taken in refugees which I guess for them is better than having to close due to no customers for almost 2 years due to covid.
Bournemouth also has Hotels full of migrants and has done so for years via Brittania Hotels owner so nothing new and I guess Bournemouth is a far cry from Skegness to be honest.
You should take a walk around the East Coast if you want to find out the truth instead of stirring the pot.
They bought the hotel 18 months ago and Skegness has had migrants in it's town for ages ,many of them working in Butlins and Boston 45 minutes away is chock a block with migrants from the eastern bloc.Lincolnshire is the heart of agriculture and hundreds of migrants work on these farms. Skegness attracts people from Leicester, Nottingham and Bradford etc so the town is always full of people from other cultures.
The market at Fantasy Island , one of the biggest around,is absolutely full of stalls mostly run by foreigners.

Why worry about what others think of you .It's a Forum and many on here have no life apart from pot stirring on chat sites. Sad but true.
I take no notice of all the nasty comments aimed at me by some members unless it gets personal then I will stand up and be counted. Other than that I take it for what it is, a playground for some childish people or a learning curve for those who want to share useful information.
Several mass shootings is putting it mildly don't you think.
I don't need a lecture or education on violence ,tyranny or any other word you may choose to print. I cannot control what happens in the World no more than you can especially during a pandemic,but this taking of innocent lives is appalling and as I also mentioned the U.K. now has knife problems but not so much mass murders.
