I remember when I was in Belgium visiting my aunt and uncle, in their summer, the sun didn't set 'til about 10.00pm, with sunrise about 5.00am...They kept some chooks...the poor things(the chooks,lol) hardly got a wink of sleep!!!
For most of August throughout Puglia, there's almost non-stop partying and dancing in the streets - It's part of the annual festival, 'La Notte della Taranta'(tarantula) - the traditional folk dance being the 'pizzica'... Can't wait, I shall be there this year, and take lessons.

I watched my elderly neighbour die from emphysema, and was deemed to be directly smoking related. The same with his elder son. The worst of it, was his wife watching by, and looking after him for years, making sure he had oxygen and ventolin puffers on hand.
In the end, he was taken to hospital for the last time...He and his wife decided that when the moment came, when he could no longer bear the pain of taking another breath, he would give the go ahead to medical staff, with whom it had been agreed, that at that at his say so, they would administer a fatal dose of a heavy sedative. That is exactly what happened. He feel into his deep sleep.
Whatever side of the political fence you're on, I believe it's totally inappropriate of Krudd to announce at a press conference and in Washington, no less, that he thinks the (his)PM will not win the next election. WTF was he thinking? ...He is still the Foreign Minister, until he formally resigns - does he know this?????
The moment he arrives, he should get the sack. I hope the PM has the balls to do that.

I did all that, without the tablets,lol - even baked bread! ... In the end I got tired of taking him back, finally realising it wasn't a marriage, anything but. Sad though. Such a waste, for my son especially.

Unfortunately, my the husband chose to break every oath possible and beyond. No, I am not here blaming. It is fact, and he openly admits it to this day....This evening, out of the blue, he sent me txt messages, chit chatting about this and that. I won't divulge details, but it seems he would like to talk...Come to think of it, it will be the 30th anniversary of our wedding day coming up in 8 days.
We're all on a journey though....One thing, I do hope I experience a real love before I croak it. It would be the nicest gift.
Besides, online dating needs to move from screen to RL at some stage, so it involves a different course of events, but the rest remains up to the 2 people involved.
