Mine was meant more for the ones who deserve to get out but is manipulated to stay.
Just spoke with an old female friend of mine.
She been basically used as a nanny by her bf and his two kids for the last 7 years.
I just told her "sell (your own house) kick them out, and move home to daddy" who is soon 90.
And get some peace.

A few times I even felt panic. Not pleasent.
I also experienced angst. Not heavy, I was lucky.
Both those two is hard to control, unbelieveable almost.

Neither did I Pedro.

Here they are: good at maths and physics. Also an eye for details, art and estetique.
So I shoulda gone for architect education at 23.
Also could been a good long distance runner.
Low numbers on lactic acid (good) and best of two classes (60) in lung capacity.
This was before 32 years of smoking... sigh
