Unfortunately you are right . It’s freely available in most top London clubs & the majority of the time , the owners turn a blind eye . I’m sure the managers get runners to sell the stuff to clients. I know the bouncers at a club I used to frequent many years ago were in on the act . Hardly surprising it shut down soon after for that very reason . Shame .

Depends on the mental illness. But as far as drugs are concerned, the majority of abusers are aware of the crime they commit and should be punished accordingly. If they need help , then seek it before committing the offence.
I’m up at 5 am on working days , so 6.30 is a lay in for me . I suppose the only solution is to go to bed earlier , then you’ll get your normal 7 or 8 hours sleep .
