I’ve already made plenty of comments about the Ukrainian war if you remember. It’s simple .. NATO’, and by nation I mean the USA want Ukrainian & Russia won’t let them .
I don’t have access to Russian media outlets & I certainly don’t have any Hamas ones . I watch the language by politicians & scholars & form my own opinions.
Ok , so you’re trying to twist this to compare the Ukrainian situation with Gaza . First of all , Ukraine hasn’t been flattered & the population isn’t displaced. Second of all , it’s 2 armies fighting on a level playing field. Thirdly, the Ukrainian civilian population have a escape route & are not starving.
May I also mention the Al Jazeera cameraman who was targeted with his colleague, which a drone strike . Bleeding to death , the ambulance was forbidden to attend his wounds for hours by the IDF & bled to death as a result.
First of all , my condolences to the families of those poor boys who were taken against their will & had to endure the horrific ordeal of kidnapping. What was the the excuse for the cold blooded murder ? We made a mistake ! Mistake !! These poor boys were bare chested , waving a white flag & posed no threat , thinking they had escaped their captives only to be hit by friendly fire ! Now under the Geneva convention, anyone who waves a white flag in surrender must be treated as a prisoner .,instead they were shot in cold blood , which begs the question. Are the tactics to shoot anyone, fighter , or civilian?
80 trucks entered on Tuesday & a 100 yesterday Which barely scratches the surface when you consider they were getting 500 a day prior to the conflict . Do you know what surprises me most . The fact that many people denied the holocaust even when it was happening, yet you seem to be doing the exact same thing when the boot is in the other foot .. love .
It won’t happen again because there won’t be a Gaza to come back to . The use of white phosphorus bombs by the IDF that causes severe & painful burn , not to mention it has a polluting chemical which damages the environment & the toxic substance could last for several years . The water systems have been destroyed causing floods & pollution which spreads disease . I won’t mention the infrastructure. It’s well documented. So you see why the world wants a humanitarian ceasefire. I agree , what Hamas done was horrific, but the response is beyond horrific.
Who in there right mind would agree to a peace process when one state controls another . Israeli never wanted a 2 state solution, which is why we are where we are today .
The world has turned against Israel, bar the USA , and even they have their reservations.
If you want real peace , there has to be a regime change in both sides .
As far as your government is concerned, there should be no Palestinian state . And the speech by your finance minister claimed that Palestinians are just a myth . I saw a disturbing interview with the Israel ambassador to the UK yesterday on sky news . If that wasn’t genocidal talk , then I don’t know what is .
But you fail to post the clips from Israeli far right extremists, who are now governing the war , yet you post a video clip from an Islamic extremist who has nothing to do with the situation.
The world will not let Israel anywhere near Palestine . America are losing patience with the strategy & will halt the war within weeks , especially when children & women die of starvation & disease.
For gods sake , have a conscious & empathy for those who are suffering & stop posting ridiculous clips from people not involved in this conflict.
That’s a fact . Biden has spoken and comforted the USA / Israeli citizens, yet the Palestinian Americans who’ve been affected by the war who have lost loved ones were total ignored.
First of all , you should read the 67 peace accord , where the Supreme Court ruling on the 2 state solution was only objected to by the USA . Secondly, if Hamas is destroyed, which nobody, even in the far right Israeli government truly believe, it’s down to the Palestinians to decide who governs their land , not Israel . Yes Hamas killed an estimated 1, 200 Israelis , which included 50 children . Isreal had killed nearly 20, 000 Palestinians, which includes 7,000 children & many more will die as a result of starvation & illnesses. Do you think anyone in this world would trust an Israeli government to govern Palestine ? Palestine is unliveable at this present time which begs the question. What will happen to these people after the war is over , assuming there is any one left alive ?
If you want to turn a blind eye to the innocent civilians killed & the suffering, then you’re just kidding yourself. If the IDF have nothing to hide , why won’t they let the world media in ?
I’m not cheering on any side . War has rules & indiscriminate bombing of innocent civilians & holding a whole country hostage is not part of the rules . It was always going to be a difficult operation & many soldiers may be sacrificed as a result, but what people are objecting to is the way they’ve gone about it .
I disagree . Indiscriminate bombing is a war crime & even your closest ally, Biden , is raising concerns. As for the IDF spokesperson/ persons , it is laughable the bias propaganda they spew out when confronted. The fact that many British media reporters have ask & refused access to the war zone is an indication of how bad things are in the “operation theatre’.
