30 years of difference is too much for dating. I am ok with 5 years of difference. But for friendship I prefer older men. Most of my friends are 30 years older than me. I rarely make friends with people of my age or younger age, i prefer older than me because older men have more life-experiences.

There are many differences between the women and men at the physical level based on genetic and hormonal factors, but at the mental level the differences are most probably based on social structure. If the society gives equal upbringing to both, then maybe there will be very little difference between the women and men at the mental level.
Well, nature has given some different qualities and abilities to female and male so that both can make up for each other's shortcomings with each other's qualities and create an ideal family which will help in the better development of the coming new generation.
