I think it is really funny when someone orders a Hamburger @ a mexican restaurant because they chat "'amburger, one 'amburgur" really loadly. That is enough to make anyone feel like an @$$.

Finished a book called Midwives a while ago. It was good and well written. About a family of a midwife that is caught up in a murder trial when one of the woman she cares for dies during a home birth. It is basically about the life before the trial, during the trial and then a general overview of after the trial. It was better then I expected and would recommend it to those who are interested.

Right now I am reading a youth novel Inkheart. It's a little easy reading to keep my imagination nimble, but not so ceribral that my mind goes to mush. That way, if I want to read a good history book or classic novel I am not brain dead. And I like fairys and such, they're cool dude!

Either way, both sides are doing their best to talk trash about the other. Personally, the republicans have had their shot, Chenney has taken a shot and now the new parties or jocking to do some shooting. They are all guilty of making a mess out of our system, but I am still voting for Obama/Biden. Mostly because Palin has openly asked what the VP does once in the Capital. I am trying to limit people w/ stupid questions worming their way into Washington.

I suppose I have already voted, at least that is what my PC said. But I really thought about the poll and decided you're missing selections. Specifically :half siblings! I have two of those. One I have never met and one that I am helping to raise. But I essencially grew up as an only child until I turned 11-12. Even then, I was not in the same house as my brother, so still have a single child mentality.

Plus I am old enough that I really don't treat him as a sibling sometimes.

Finances are going south for the moment. Every where is being hit and we really need to be ready. Hopefully this is not nearly as bad as some are saying it could be.

About the banks and all; here's a little note sent me by my uncle!

I know that posting other websites is generally frowned upon, but this has to do w/ $$$ and not a promotion for another site, so figured it was okay.

Just thought we'd all like to know about this. I know I am worried, because of the buy out of Washington Mutual and all. That was a little closer to home, seeing as how it is one of my banks.

Despite a verbal agreement on a Treasury Plan, major bank failures in Belgium
and England along with a Wachovia buy-out by Citibank at a very low $1 per share
is weighing on the markets. This puts us back at the precipice. There is
near-term support just above the September 18 lows at 10,780 on the Dow, 1,155
on the S&P 500, and 2,100 on the Nasdaq. If we can't hold these levels
and see a reversal by Friday, then the markets may be in trouble to the downside
again with the next targets back to 9,700 - 10,000 on the Dow. We will update if
we see a need for further sell signals.

biggest weakness? I believe it changes from time to time. Right now, I am too forward sometimes, to the point of being rude. Some people really don't mind that, but someone w/ low selfesteem can not contend w/ me, I intimidate them I guess. I can also be too much of a perfectionist at times, which can be my down fall, because I expect others to perform @ the same level.

In a personal relationship . . . . . . . . I don't like being asked how I want something done. If that question comes up I get irritated and get up and do it myself. Not because I don't think another can cook the roast or fold the towals or what ever, but every one has their own method and I see no point in trying to mimic anothers style or method. Do it your own way or get the h3ll out if my way. It's a fault, what can I say.

In the whole social progess scheme of things, religion is merely a part or area from which people work and move throughout society. In the future, when socialogists look back @ us they will merely place religion into a catagory. It will be considered a side or part of an angle in societies shift either upward, downward, or sideways.

No one group is to blame over another. Each have had their hands in the downward spiral and upward spiral of social degress/progress.
