We normally don't know anything is happening near here until it is too late. Small town. But I have traveled about 6hrs to go to an excellent concert. Sorta big venue.
There are a lot more events that I like to watch in the summer games too. But I do really like some of the winter ones. Especially those my grandpa liked. Skating, skiing, boarding(newer, i think), and a few others. But the summer volley ball, diving, some running and all that, I really like.
I love latin dance. I learned a little while I lived in Ecuador, and fell in love w/ it. The only problem is that there are only swing dances around here. Though I have heard that Swing and latin are like distant cousins.
I don't know, but I do feel that if we are paying large amounts we should feel and see the benefits of those taxes. So far, we are being sucked dry and then left in a ditch.
That makes sense. But I would not go by myself, most certainly not. That would be no fun and then there wouldn't be anyone to recap what you have just seen.
Yeah, could be. I don't remember many boys getting up and trying the balance beam when I was in school. I don't think the teachers asked them to. Maybe because their balance is different. I have heard that women have better balance any ways.
Yeah, the gymnastics are really good, but they have changed the point system some what and have forced them all to push for a really high start value. I can understand to some point, because the athelets or so much better now days and there are those who are specialists. However, it upsets me a little because they will get hurt much more often I think.
Pretend that tonight, of all nights, several celebrities/important icons are coming to town. They are going to give/have a talk/panel/concert or what have you, but for one night only. And mind you they are all present at the same time, but in different arenas. What would you do? Go for a concert or a laugh, or maybe a little motivation?
Tell us who and why?
I didn't give any specifics because not everyone has the same aesthetic , so who would you chose?
Maybe so, but I do know of at least one couple that has such a good relationship that it could just make you ill. Not that bickering and drama should be considered normal, but we have all come to expect it.
If we go to bed at night with a calm mind, then everything else is much simpler. Not easy!
Yep, been and gone. This one was kind of a bummer though, because if someone had a bad night or made a mistake the media really dwelled on it and played it on a loop. I mean, not all the contestants can recieve a medal, someone has to lose and some people have off days. There is no reason to keep picking at the oop's that people have/make in their lives.
My dad and his friends love fishing and camping. When I was younger I really wanted to be part of it all, so naturally went along. I didn't mind hanging around and helping bring in the fish. I usually manned the net.
One day my dad decided that I was old enough to handle his fishing pole and handed it to me to watch. All was well and I fished for a few hours, though caught not one fish. Then, as night crept up on us, we agreed to cast out one last time, as several people were moving about around us, either going back to camp or coming to have a chat. I held the pole behind me and checked that all was clear and cast.
I threw the d@mn thing so hard I threw myself out into the water with the rod. And I had an audience. I was seven years old, and haven't been fishing since.
Which would you chose? Read the general "rule"
It was Incubus, and I had to go. They are one of my favorites. It was also the first concert I paid for, not a tag along as usual.
