We had a totally wayne's world moment . . . ya know, a parked car and a chick on a bike. Only in our case it was a dude, totally showing off. He bit it so bad, his bike was toast.
80's also. Lots of spandex and aquanet. God the women could build condos with their hair.
I really liked the silly carefree nature that youe carry around as a child. We had a load of fun riding our bikes and swimming all day long. Good times.
Very true. We all have our personality quirks as well as our physical ones. But I believe that we all should take a look at our list of what the perfect match would be and revise it. Mostly because that person normally doesn't exist. If we are honest about that, then we will truely find someone we can love and respect.
I have heard that here they send all the odds and ends stuff to schools, nursing homes, prisons, and somewhere eles. And that McD's and all the fast food joints get the better stuff. That's what irritates me the most.
You reminded me about something. I added the tattoo and piercing thing. Not that I don't like them, but that I have them. I know that that can be a real turn off for people. I don't mind them myself.
I work too much and never really leave time for myself. It's that d@mn people pleasing thing. Even though some say I don't seem to be that type of person, I kind of am. I think we all are, to an extent.
Yes, good point. But I have never really been thin, though I am heavy set I don't believe myself to be obese. I am trying to nip it in the bud by cutting out certain foods and such.
I am asking only because I began writting to a gentleman, a couple in fact, and the topic came up about physical beauty and fittness. Now I know I am not "skinny" or even physically fit, and have since put that in my profile. I also really don't care about the physical stuff, as long as they bath and clean up nicely. I know I am not the chick who will run a marathon or go hiking around the country, but I am not a slob and am not the medias "ideal" body type. But I am tired of being treated as unwanted and as a second or third class citizen because I am not the typical tall , thin, smoking hot blonde from TV. I EAT FOOD. Would like a another human being that also eats food.
You never can tell what people are thinking or feeling when a computer screen seperates you and them. Some share too much and others not enough. But if there is an ex and he is hung up on her, it might be bad. There may be a co-dependency problem.
Give him a chance, but be safe. If he is feeling the effects of it, be honest with him about your reservations and then see what his reaction is. He may just be looking for someone to vent to. Or he may not realize what he's doing. What ever the case may be, take care of yourself.
Don't know about canada, but have really stopped eating a lot meat here in the US that isn't local. The way or systme is set up, if there is an out break they don't tell anyone and don't send out any warnings about what company/label is have the problem. So even though we know there may be an outbreak, there is no way of stopping it cold because peopleare still buying infected meat.
Since our system is a joke in the matter, My family and I only purchase Beef and Pork from local ranchers, to whom we'd rather give our support. And my local FOOD CO*OP has really good protien options too. I mean, don't knock tofu until you have had it cooked well.
It is not working so well. I have mostly received mail and such form forgien men. They are wanting an ideal woman, an insant wife and other such matters of instant divotion right out of the gate.
A couple of the others who make a move are only sending complements to be nice - regarding the forums. There have been no love of serious friendship connections.
I've met a lot of nice ladys. Pitty I am not a lesbian.
Lucky for me that I have chatted w/ a few men who are patient and hoest enough that we were able to figure out that we were not ment to eachother. Which is really good. I hate wasting time on someone who is fake.
Why is it that men become more conservative when they are older and women are more likely to voice their concerns and needs? Never could get that.
