I love and enjoy my job and it never feels like work anyway, and it's a pure blessing as you already know Our prices have gone up too but I refuse to worry about it... If people start consuming less, the prices will go down.
Alcohol and cigarettes are highly taxable goods... So is the fuel... People won't give up on them no matter what...ma be because it gives them a false sense of status...
Consume less... Be creative. Don't look at it as a punishment but natural way of becoming more sufficient and practical. I hear people complain and yet still drink and smoke and eat like it's the last day on Earth. Leave you car and get on the bus, walk...ride a bike. Business wise I kept my prices unchanged for the last few years and it payed me off with more clients... I buy my consumables and devices from the producer and not middle man (usually few of them)... I honestly can't say I felt the higher prices...and I am positive I can deal with whatever comes... Plus I started a sweet, little business on a side, which is more of a hobby than work...but brings extra money, I can spend purely on nice treats...
I don't see why would anyone lower their standards?! To match someone else's low standards? This is the most ridiculous recipe for relationship but the best for a disaster... Having expectations and having standards are two different things. And when you see the relationship as a need you sure are in a lower position already.
Hi Didi, I believe you need aligners... They are great for this problem and even if your teeth grinding is due to an incorrect bite it will align the teeth and solve the problem.
Being intelligent doesn't make it easier to get in to a relationship. And not because you are picky but because your standards are higher (there are exceptions)... And having standards is essential if you don't want to end up in a mess... If one feels good about themselves and have a lifestyle that they can afford it becomes harder to accept anyone who will be overwhelmed by having to keep up with them... The less intelligent woman with more kids often is more dedicated to her partner in a charming but unhealthy way... But then again she isn't attracted to intelligence... And vice versa, a dumb man will feel better next to a dumb woman. An intelligent person is more likely to be happy on their own...and that's the game changer...

Well, no matter what you say they obviously are, Miss. Using the "poison pill" tactics speaks for itself. As for the greatness of America we can easily see where it stands in reality, China is the only country that has a PPP in a plus percentage, 2.3%, as for America it's minus 3.6%. And what PPP means is Purchasing power parity which is more important than the GPD when it comes to real economic stability. Twitter is highly unpopular in my country, we don't like to be told what we can and can not think and say... Facebook is nothing important too, so not taking over anything with no real value...
And if I don't agree with everything Elon Musk says and does, I believe he is indeed an old school guy or if we translate it, a guy who can make sense of what is the purpose of allowing people be free to express themselves. He is the one who knows everyone can speak freely and that's not a given but natural human right... But the disturbing point here is the word "allow"... That's what is wrong with everything that comes from the mass media, somebody allows you to say certain things and censors what they think is against their acceptance or taste, whatever we call it...it's not freedom of speech... And not just speech, you are not allowed to even think differently from what the masses are thinking. If we put on a side the conspiracy theories and have a closer look on what happened the past ten, fifteen even twenty years we can see a pattern circulating... With a different speed but slightly changing the pressure to more and more intense. How much can you take, how much will break you?! And you, of course prove your strength by accepting more and more pressure and being proud of it... That doesn't make you right... It makes you prone to be exceptionally resistant to your own conscious and right to think for yourself...

Why so many are concerned Elon buying Twitter will destroy free speech, when free speech is prevented from existing in media and communication as a whole?! Zuckerberg is taking care Facebook is censored...Bezos rules over New York times, even Independent is owned by Saudi billionairs... Why one of the most progressive and controversial figures of this century is a threat to politicians?
It's harder to get a real first impression online. But face to face it's a matter of few minutes. There's no real importance if you make a good first impression... If the person dislikes you for whatever reason there will hardly be a second chance to impress. And to be fair who would want to try again if they are poorly presented or judged the first time.
I struggle to see the point of this thread... Can you explain yourself and make a comparison with military investments made by other countries. I guess you can use a number of washing machines again...
Human intelligence might be highly overrated, as we have nothing else to compare it to... I still wonder how come nobody managed to land on the Moon again sinse 1966...
I don't count what I spend on the other one and didn't have anyone calculating what they spend on me. We want to do it and we do it. Plus I have never been in a relationship where one is less financially able than the other.
