RE: Martial law

Israel don't even recognise International law, take the Oslo accord, you say Palestine doesn't want peace, yet while the talks were going on with Bill Clinton Israel were still shipping in settlers, sure that wasn't Israel being sincere in it's looking for peace, it's made it near impossible for there to ever be a Palestinian state, so the 2 state solution is dead in the water I reckon, illegal settlements are expanding daily

UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres and UN Mideast envoy Tor Wennesland reported on the implementation of a 2016 Security Council resolution that declared settlements have “no legal validity”. The global body demanded a halt to the settlement expansion, which jeopardises the possibility of a future Palestinian state.

Are you prepared to go another 3 years denying President Joe and letting the country slip even further into the abyss, then after the next election cry foul again? RE: Martial law

The Palestinians are resisting an occupation, how does that make them terrorists if you can identify with other people you call freedom fighters or patriots?

Joe Biden is President, get over it with voter fraud BS, that's been proved..

Would you fight for you're land if it was being occupied by a foreign aggressor and you're people were being slaughtered at will? Or you're home being taken from you and maybe demolished or given to an illegal settler?

RE: Martial law

How is it hate calling for basic human rights for a people? I'm guessing that you would be up in arms if Papa Joe introduced Administrative detention for those that stormed the white house on the 6th of Jan 2021 or not even stormed it but just thought of it, or locked you up with no reason other than some military secret information said you were a danger to the state.. Hypocrisy runs out of you're veins..comfort What's the difference between Ukrainian civilians and Palestinian civilians? sigh

RE: Martial law

thumbs up laugh

RE: Martial law

You are just using the old Zionist spiel with this defending itself line.. The martial law I'm getting at is prevalent today with the use "Administrative Detention" (Administrative detention is a procedure that allows the Israeli military to hold prisoners indefinitely on secret information without charging them or allowing them to stand trial.) or do you consider this to be normal?

Accents can confuse I guess..

laugh A bit like when I thought I heard a Mexican guy say "Mushroom", he was actually saying "When all the family get in the car, there's not "Much Room" left.. innocent hmmm hole

RE: Martial law

I wouldn't expect you to have remorse.. But the reality is that it's an illegal occupation, and funded by you and your fellow country men/women's tax dollars.. A right to defend you say, yet you have no problem with Palestinians being denied basic human rights..sigh

"Although the issue of Israeli settlements is old news to followers of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, new realities that have quickly emerged on the ground have made the situation only more dangerous. Recently, the issue has taken on unprecedented dimensions, determining the course of the conflict on a daily basis as the new plans for the expansion of the settlement and outpost are systematically announced. Additionally, violent attacks by settlers against Palestinians and their property are exponentially increasing."

Take care Pek, and don't forget to praise Mohamed each and every day wave

RE: Martial law

I don't see it a s war, the Palestinians have No Air force Navy or heavy weapons, Gaza is under siege and illegal settlements are being built as we speak, it settler colonialism.. And America fund the Israeli war machine to the tune of 4 billion dollars a year..

Israel's building of settlements in the Occupied Palestinian Territories is illegal under international law

Settlements are Jewish communities in historic Palestine built by the Zionist movement pre-1948 and thereafter by the state of Israel. These communities can range in size from single-person outposts to entire cities. One of the first settlements built by Zionists was Tel Aviv in the early 20th century. Eventually, as Jewish immigration from Europe increased, Zionists began acquiring more plots of land for settlement. After the military assaults of 1948-’50, Zionist armed forces, subsequently transformed into the Israeli army, constructed Jewish settlements over the ruins of Palestinian towns and villages throughout the 78 percent of historic Palestine they controlled. After launching another war in 1967 in which Israel captured the remaining 22 percent of historical Palestine – the West Bank including East Jerusalem and the Gaza Strip – Israel immediately began constructing Jewish-only settlements in the newly-occupied territories. The UN has condemned settlements in the Occupied Palestinian Territories in multiple resolutions and votes, declaring them to be illegal under international law. The number of settlers living in occupied East Jerusalem and the West Bank has grown to nearly 600,000. Settlements in occupied East Jerusalem and the West Bank are connected to each other and to Israel through bypass roads that circumvent Palestinian areas. Israeli settlers in the occupied West Bank are allowed to carry weapons, and often attack Palestinians and their buildings and farmland. Israel continues to expand existing settlements, as well as annexing more Palestinian land to build new settlements. The cumulative effect has been to deny Palestinians the ability to create a viable state in even a small part of historic Palestine.
