I have met a few women on various dating sites, such as this one, but they usually turn out to be a liar, cheater, scammer, thief, car wrecker or addicted to some kind of chemical or gambling.

But then how do you get the CRIMINALS, you know, those bad people who can't restrain themselves from doing bad things, to turn in their guns too? Laws don't mean much to criminals, that's why they break them all of the time!!

Your question totally lacks context, so even though it's a simple question, no simple answer is possible. What is the definition of Status that you intend to use there? What about the definition of Person there? What kind of an answer are you expecting to get?

OK, let's drill down a little deeper here and see what we can find, eh? If the "marriage" ceremony was conducted by someone from a State licensed church, and a marriage "license" from the State was paid for, and the State/Minister/Priest/Reverend didn't happen to mention that by getting married in that fashion makes the State a silent party to the matrimony, then there was fraud involved, and fraud vitiates ALL that it comes into contact with, ergo there is no lawful reason to not exclude a spouse of any gender from a Will! But a Will is only possible with a State authorized and performed "marriage" anyway, all other wedding ceremonies are excluded. The best thing to do, is to set up an Estate Trust, spell out who gets what and the Executor of the Estate Trust enforces the terms of the Trust.
For the ones who are still asleep, brainwashed and/or brain dead after reading this, and still thinks that a Will and probate LIEyers and the legal system is the way to go, then just leave them one "Dollar" as their share of the estate and that will be that. As long as no kind or amount of fraud can be shown, there are no grounds to contest the Will, because it's all done according to the laws!! If anyone does want to contest the Will of the deceased, then any other party to the Will just has to demand to see a written guarantee that there will be a fair trial, and since that is impossible with a totally rigged up legal system, all bets are off the table then. Attack with a charge of Fraud or other crime, and you can hardly go wrong, especially if you are adept in applying the definitions of Fraud and Contract. The fake legal system operates on those two terms, so when you expose them for all the world to see, the legal system's house of cards comes tumbling down!!
