I have never been rich or never been a "kept " woman .
I have done more than my fair in relationships I have had.
More than my share. I have spent the same amount of money in any relationship ,even thoug I earned less (most women do ) .
I have never to my knowledge overburdened my partner with emotional stuff .Ha perish the thought ,most men can't handle thier lady even having a bad minute ,let alone a bad hour ,day etc
Dru , sorry to hear this .Perhaps something has happened to the guy (family emergency ) and he is unable to make it.But you are right to laugh it off if no other explaination is forthcoming. Why waste your precious energy .
No to date I haven't been stood up, but there is always a first time for everything . I have stood a guy up yes, but that was when I was young and I was shy .I was afraid to meet him, he turned up and waited ,asked my friends why . What could they say? One of my best friends came up to mine that afternoon and was asking why I didn't just go and meet him, I was mortified and said I didn't fancy him, which was partly true ,but fear was my real motivater.
Why I relayed this story to you Dru is because standing someone up belongs way back in the awkward teenage stage ,I would find it silly on the man/womans part if they as adults stood a person up . They need to resolve thier isseus and stop playing silly teeny games
