Obama´s election is not a change itself. Changes come slowly. But meaninful events make way for changes, and that´s what I expect to see. I am relieved by this news as I feel this may be the beginning of the end of the "Dark Ages" for all of us. Now let´s do our part too. Congratulations, USA!

I find some guys too mature for me even, and it´s not about their age... I´d feel kinda stupid around them... And there´s the question of your range of interests and things you can talk about.
I had to stop studying years ago for cancer treatment and now I am back to college, meaning I am again a student with lots of things to do and no money to do them. But it´s for the best ain´t it.

For the other Americans: many of the most hard-working, honest, smart and caring people I know are American. I´m sorry you have to listen to this crap because so many Americans like to think they have more rights than anyone else in the world.

And historians here please correct me, but in the last 60 years NO OTHER nation has done it more than the USA. Why are Americans surprised?
I do think a change in foreign policy and the way the US handles things economically and environmentally are going to make A huge DIFFERENCE to their own future, and consequently the world will be able to relax a bit too.
