It's dark and rainy here. Very depressing. But I have a job interview during my lunch tomorrow for another company doing the same thing I do now - and it pays more.
I wouldn't post pics of kids no matter what for their safety. But I tend to be the overprotective type when it comes to children, whether they are mine or not.
Decide whether or not their criticism is valid. If not, ignore it. If so, use it to improve yourself. Just remember most people like to criticise others with no other motive than making themselves feel better.
