I am not surprised. Children are capable of anything with the right tools. I was reading when I was 2 years old. She has great parents.

TY ladies, she will appreciate it very much. She is lucky, she almost cancelled her appointment for her checkup (where they found it) because she was busy. It is sooo important. Ladies, make sure you get your regular checkups!! Men, make sure your women friends and family get them too. If she would have waited, it could have been too late.

Thoughts/prayers/whatever needed

My friend Karen was recently diagnosed with breast cancer. Tomorrow morning she will be having surgery to remove the lump. We are hoping they are able to remove it all. She is terrified that they may have to do a mastectomy (take the whole breast off). My mom had that done 15 years ago and is still upset. I am scared for her.

He could only sue for breach of something (never heard of breach of promise ) if there was a legally enforceable contract, which it does not sound like there is.

Also, when someone is sued and cannot pay, you do not go to jail. You cannot be put in jail for civil charges, only criminal. Worst case scenario, they would garnish your wages. And if you don't have a job, they can't do anything except wait until you do.

But I wouldn't worry about anything. He may be serious, but so was the dude who sued God. Those frivolous lawsuits just get thrown out.

I am open to a relationship with someone no matter where in the world they lived. But eventually someone has to take the plunge and move to be closer to the other. Some people can do that, others can't. If I really loved a man, I would hitchhike across the seas to be with him. But I'd have to know he felt the same way first. I do think there needs to be some face-to-faces to make such a big jump. When you see someone everyday, you can see how they really are. When you talk to someone on the computer, even if it's everyday, it's your imagination of them that's reality, and that may not mesh with who they really are.
