I don't like the fact that the Olympics seems to have become a platform for political protesters.

I see the Olympics as an event where athletes get to represent their country in a athletic competition.

My two cents on grammar and spelling....

Words spelled inrorrectly drive me absolutely crazy and bad grammar doesn't do much for me either

But that's MY problem - my mother was a teacher and I was in the field of education for a time too.

I love a well turned phrase and flashes of brilliance here.

Bottom line - it's the personalities of the members that count in the long run.

I chose to raise three children and get a few degrees in Psychology and Counseling.

Unfortunately my youngest child arrived severely handicapped, so I had to give up a career and care for him.

That's why I am still a stay-at-home Mom, tending my son, my garden and my chickens.

I have made a difference.
