Because my internet connection is dial-up, the videos take forever to run on my machine.

I don't have that kind of patience and I don't run them.

Hence I can't enter the discussion about the video.

The pictures make the forum too much like StumbleUpon.

The html seems to confuse a lot of people and the learning curve has been slow. That puts a lot of senseless typing on the threads.

With all this picture/video stuff and the general clique atmosphere on the forum, I find very little to post to...and I am not bothering to participate....I just read my mail and leave.

Mostly because I like to cook and I grow some of my own food...and the eggs from the chickens.

Right now I'm cooking Cheeseburger Pie and we'll have a salad with that for dinner.

And bread pudding....which is another dish that uses up eggs!!

I put a new light fixture up on the bathroom ceiling...I think mice had been living in the old one

And made seasame chicken with lo mein noodles...and a strawberry rhubarb pie (it's in the oven).

And fed chickens, brought in more firewood...

It was a good day
