Do you clean ALL one day and then hope it stays that way by itself?
Cleaning is done everyday, in parts. Got a dishwasher? Stash your dishes in there - if not, make the dishes as they arrive.
Bring the garbage with you and dump it where it should be, all the time. Dust off tables and such on a daily basis.
When it becomes routine, then it is not something you think of any longer. Leaving things behind to be taken care of at "cleaning" day will make the house look a mess at all times except just after.
Vacuum and washing floors, that is what is done less often, but then, if you do all those other things regularly it will never get that dusty anyway.

I guess the fact that Obama is still the first coloured President and Hillary is a saint that could have become a President makes the press tip on their toes, but it will settle. They are people as the rest of us and can be made fun of. Should be made fun of, to keep them down to earth.

US is also willing to seriously talk down the need of another missile barrier, opening up more communication and collaboration with Russia in foreign issues etc.
The Button, which is a red little friendly joke, was nothing else than a fun gadget to have as reminder that sometimes one needs such to stop things from leaping over board.
Obviously the Russian spoken at the White House is not perfect any longer, and hence the mistake.
No, Russia was not angered, the opposite, they deemed Hillary and the meeting with NATO a step forward. The first since a long time now, too long time.
What I do not get is that kind of mentality that needs to turn something just fine and straight forward into a backwards negative approach. Any gender at any time.
It is encouraging to see, Hz&Kz, that there still are women out there that are happy to have a descent ordinary shaved and behaved male as companion without risking a testosterone overdose when kissing.
We are, even when we try to pretend not to be, very weak beings, suffering from all sorts of ghosts in our past and present mind.
