RE: How many hours a day/week do you work?

Have no hours, if I am awake I am on the job I guess. Started taking weekends off though, but the weather has been so bad lately, working is a relief even then.

RE: What are you doing right now?

Downloading a fix for a Danish XP, cleansing a workstation and building a new media server with linux.

Sounds fun... ey? laugh

RE: What`s the WORST job you`ve ever had?

Picking strawberries at 12 yo... took me two weeks to decide I was not bent to become a farmer...

laugh

RE: How is your day today?

Thunders for breakfast, showers for lunch, sun for dinner and now stars and a magic scar in the sky resembling a moon wanting to break through...

A great day it was!

RE: Men in the World

If we could it would have been on the list too.

Damned nature to add one irreversible difference to the equation, this way we can never become truly equal... dunno moping

RE: Men in the World

My experience is that in Sweden men should be equal to women and women equal to men. Hence, you change your own lightbulbs. grin

RE: Our friend Conrad .......

When you are on the phone with him again, send my best as well. (Hope he will be done with this nurse-hunting soon, and get down to real dating)

RE: The sloution to climate change...

All good, got a bottle of Cava to fool the taste-buds, we are heading out for a search-it-all tonight, no idea where we'll end up.

The rain seems not want to stop, so it will be a stroll with the bottle in one hand and the umbrella in the other.

Long time no see; just about to read through some of the witty bits in the forums at the moment. Lazy day, back angle 45 or less...

Hmmm... she's definitely above me laugh

See you in a while wine

RE: hellow from belgium

You could turn that around, Belgium were first on scene getting rid of the nasties. Many countries followed, helped by experiences from the Belgians.

So in that sense, they would be ahead of other countries in humane right issues...

RE: How many people are active on CS?

You mean working out, right? They should be about seven, if I remember correctly laugh

RE: Ahmadinejad says Holocaust was a “lie”

No, you need not visit the link, but to be honest, it has absolutely nothing with the topic of this thread to do - it just shows the Ukraine members on this site that we can not normally find in an ordinary search.

Thinking of which... perhaps you should visit it, depending on your reasons to be here grin They are after-all neighbours of you if I read right.

Well met, btw, dont recall speaking to you before. But this thread should not have been bumped by me, I regret that doh Thorry

RE: Stereotypes

I love this subject, because it is so wrong but so funny to talk about.

Recently I found my self thinking of the Chinese as a group of silent, private people, working hard but impossible to come close.

Do not ask where I got it from, I only know it has no grounds.

Thinking of Canadians (not anyone in particular) I come to think of autumn, soft, big sweatshirts and Golden Retrievers and a walk in the park.

If I think of any of those I actually know, none of it fits laugh

RE: Stereotypes

True, some of us venture west on holiday and business at times.

For all (almost) things national as we know it today, yes, for sure it would.

Great post this!

RE: LISBON TREATY - IF YOU COULD VOTE.... YES, OR NO?

For probably the same reasons I would vote Yes laugh

Make no fuzz about it, this treaty will change Europe in its foundations, and I am not sure, wrong... I AM sure not many have got a good grip about what it is all about. If you hesitate about what it translates to regarding autonomous rights among today's members, control over finance and education, yes, anything about what you are used to know coming from your local mp and his mates... vote No.

No one should vote yes without understanding this one.

RE: If you were in a situation like this what would you do?

No, that would be to lie.

Why would they not? And if they judge me by my choice of faith, I sure hope the daughter did not inherit such a narrow view on lifes possibilities. IF she did, I guess I backed out, hurt and at odds with my own feelings.

Yes, I would.

Not then, no.

Now that is a Hollywood question and I can only give a Hollywood answer. So a refrain from this one. smile

I am of a radically different "faith" than my wife, she is staying with her faith and her parents, particularly her mother, are rather conservative. But they are too equipped with common sense and a great deal of respect for others and their choices.

RE: Ahmadinejad says Holocaust was a “lie”

Ukraine IS on here, you just need to know how to get to it.

There is a reason though for keeping it a little off-side.

Are you against the orange revolution as well?

RE: Ahmadinejad says Holocaust was a “lie”

laugh Oh, yes...

It's like this - my love is Romanian, and one of Draculas daughters. The rest comes natural to me laugh
