It took the best of three weeks for any media in US to even recognise the outcry by the opposition regarding electoral fraud in the last elections. There is a very good reason to it, US would not be much of help simply of its bad reputation in the area (no matter right or wrong).
All while most European countries ended up in heated discussions on how best to handle the situation - and they were the one who SHOULD have acted.
It is a dangerous place, politically and physically, where the oppression is raw, naked and in the face of anyone daring to open their eyes.
People in position to actually do anything about it is afraid to get involved with the regime. A regime that is ruled by people we do not even know the name of...
Gilly, you see, I change every day, every hour and every minute. Experiences, facts and a bad stomach can make me change/make up my mind in an instant as well as add something not already there.
The answer to what made me me is other people and life in general.
To point out one single occurrence would be to underestimate the importance of all other events.
I have let one thing inspire me more than other, but most people do. A choice, something we took a liking too early in life often becomes the tune that sets the song we will try to play.
