Hi Martia, First of all welcome to CS. A great bunch of people here and I find the best way to make some new friends is to hang out in the forums. I have not received anything from those two but have others. I just delete and forget about them.
I guess in some way you are right. One or both parties must have a selfish streak somewhere or there would be less divorces, because both parties would continue to do everything they could to keep the relationship together.
What I don't understand is how people are able to turn love, off and on so easily. Granted I have only been married twice, first 36 years, second 2 years. But I loved these 2 guys and til' death us do part was it for me. Unfortunately the 2nd one was not in it for the long haul.
I guess to me it would make no difference. As long as he is still in love with me and we still have that look going on that says, " Hey baby you turn me on" I know I am alone right now. But I like to wear men's big shirts to bed and also the boxers without the hole in front because they are damn comfy.
