Uh, Baja means lower or below in Spanish. Baja California is attached to Alta or Upper California. They have the same weather we have in Los Angeles/San Diego unless you are going to Cabo which is at the bottom of Baja and is warm. If you're going to La Paz or Loreto or Mulege it will be in the low 70's to the mid 50's at night.

Don't be. It's 47/8C and major storms. Freezing cold and flooding. Warm perhaps by other standards but far from beach weather. SF in the winter is freezing cold and rains constantly.

I understand and agree with everything you've written. There's someone in my life that I'm falling deeply in love with and instead of just being giddy and infatuated and then disappointed I'm trying to be realistic from the beginning. It's a completely different approach to relationships for me.
