If this is because of his inability to vote for the Toronto Maple Leafs you are taking things too seriously honey. Without the other teams in the league their would be noone for the Leafs to play. Come on now just forgive him for his inability to see your team like that.

If you fail to be open in a relationship then you are going to end up hurting or being hurt worse. No regrets for what is done, rather regret is based upon what we have left undone.
More material things do not equate to happiness, and no one takes any of it with them when they die. Too many people live by the addage of '(S)he who dies with the most toys wins.' Sadly the truth is closer to... '(S)he who dies with the most toys still dies.'

We take who we are with us not what we have.
No risk no gain.
The greater the risk the greater the gain.
What does not kill us makes us stronger.

You are who you are. Not likely to become someone new overnight. Always room for improvement though in everyone. If you fail to portray yourself as you are then you will not find what it is that you truly need. Better to be unliked by many to whom you would rather not be with and Loved by one who knows you and accepts you, than to be liked by many or all and unnoticed by the One who may pass by because you are unclear or blurred to the world.
Being 'cool' is a desire of many young people and sadly some 'mature' ones too, but it is not in anyone's actions to be 'cool' it is completely in the perception of others. Try to be 'cool' and you automatically fail, you may fool some but not for very long.

The only colour of the book that I wrote all the songs, poems and quotes in. I would have preferred any other colour too.

Different reasons I am sure. I need to watch my girlish figure and you don't need any part of that with the doc oggling you like he does. Besides the realm of men throwing themselves at your feet. I bet you haven't seen a puddle in years.

Tiger tail... once a year. Not a big fan of ice cream really or any sugary things. Once in a blue blue moon black cherry wins out for the year though.

Thank you RBuzzy but in truth I am just a humble man made to appear far better by the presence of the One woman in my life I cannot live without. She is my passion and my muse and makes even the dull verbiage that falls from my oft gaping head seem like the heady rush of a Spring flower bed.

Ken is an impeccable man of quality and someone to whom I aspire to be even one tenth of. A true teacher and man worthy of the moniker. And on top of all of this he is a true friend worthy of admiration.

Oh yeah and her presence allows her man to be all that he can be. And his presence in her life lets her reach beyond her own limitations to be all that she is intended too. A complete person alone, a better one together with the right man.
Not one half of a couple but rather the One who makes completion complete. Two equals together as one.

A real woman to me is one who is complete without any man. She is capable of anything in life, has her own directions and desires. The means to procure them (mental, emotional, physical or whatever). She is confident in herself. Has compassion for others. She knows who she is and what she has to offer and will not settle for less than an equal. She can recognize what she wants and is not afraid to reach out for it. She can accept failures and move past them. A woman who lights up a romm just by walking into it. Not by what she has but rather who she is.
She knows she is a woman and yet retains her little girl. Loyal, responsible, truthful, open, free.

Thanks for looking and the words of advice. Kinda hoping for something more permanent and perhaps not so delicately emasculating. She of course notices but it is more a personal jest on her part. Just wish to remove her ammunition so to speak.

Thank you very much for the replies. I don't think it really bugs her but it is ammunition for teasing. I would just like to disarm her a little as she does seem to get too much joy out of poking at me.

Sadly Metallica died with Cliff Burton. Nothing compares to the first three albums and I can't stomach anything after that really. Too contemporary and radio inspired for me.

Of the bands in that genre that came out around the early 80's the only one true to their roots and style is Slayer. Some few others came stayed true and died off so in that at least they remained honest and did not sell out.

This is a personal pet peeve of my Love that I cannot rid myself of these black rings around my eyes. I swear I am completely human and have no ancestry with raccoons.
If anyone knows a way to diminish these horrible things (I never knew until she told me they drive her nuts) I would appreciate it greatly.
Please do not reccomend sleep as that is another issue altogether. I cannot and have not slept more that 2-4 hours on the best of days and often manage to find myself a few days in before Iremember that I am supposed to. Doctor says I am normal and am not suffering from anything medical. Just don't seem to need to sleep very often. No energy depletion or foggy brain just no real sleep.
As an aside anyone know how long it takes to fall into REM? It might just explain why I have so few dreams. Oh well at least the ones I do have are damn fine and populated with the Love of my life.

He began playing alto saxophone in 1933, and after shifting from one band to another he met Dizzy Gillespie in New York City. They formed a quintet, which in 1945 made the first bop (or bebop) records and thus became the leaders of the bop movement in jazz. For many years Parker was addicted to drugs, which hastened his death.
