I am a proud Liddy Pill fan,Mike. Actually,i am from St.Helens, but i put Liverpool in my profile for the benefit of those who are ignorant as to the geographical whereabouts of St.Helens. I know,i know,Mike,St.Helens is Rugby League country, and while i am proud of our very successful team,Rugby just doesn't do it for me. One thing i have to admonish you about, though,Mike,is that, while the porridge eaters might struggle against Mothercare, the important thing is what they wear under their kilts. Or so they would have us believe!
Thank You most kindly,Miss. But,as the starter of this thread,Muleguy Insurance Inc, is pleased to inform you that you have already qualified for free insurance. Subject to status.
STOP PRESS. 20% discount to those who apply before close of business tomorrow. NB-: Muleguy Insurance Inc,regrets that it is unable to operate a refund policy.
I was driving to Stansted Airport in S.E. England, when i heard the first reports coming in on the radio, and listened in disbelief,as more reports came in. But those reports did not prepare me for the terrible shock,of actually seeing what had happened,on tv. I never thought i would see something like that in my lifetime. Yes,the world did change that day.
Hi,Mike. You sound a bit of an aero enthusiast. Of course,i was only joking about confusing the Spit with a Hurry. As you say,you only have to see the eliptical wings,to know it is a Spit. It was just that i have been confusing everything else, lately!
To those concerned about the apocalyptic possibilities of these tests. You can rest assured. Insurance is now available. Make your cheques payable to-: Muleguy Insurance Inc.
Hi,Mike. I occasionally have the pleasure of watching that beautiful aircraft, the Spitfire, from my caravan near Rhyl,in North Wales. I don't know if it has the original Merlin engine, but the sound of it is unmistakable, and everyone stops to watch, and admire it. A couple of weeks ago, there was a display by the Red Arrows. Superb! Someone told me it is privately owned, and based at Sealand.(the Spitfire, that is) PS-: You are not going to tell me it is a Hurricane, now, are you? Hahaha!
Why,Thank You,nice lady! You will get a special discount for that. But you must apply now. NB-:The management at Muleguy Insurance Inc,regrets that it is unable to operate a refund policy.

Ha ha ha! I am LMAO at some of these Keeganisms, many of which i have not heard before. Don't get me wrong. I love King Kev like a brother, but he is definitely king of footballing 'foot in mouth syndrome'. One thing he said makes sense, though, about' the ref being vertically 15 yards from the tackle'. The referees occupy the moral highground!
Hi,anglophile!. You are right,it is very gentlemanly of me to keep my fingers crossed for Sunderland, given that Roy Keane is their manager! Just kidding! Sorry to hear you don't have digital cable. But you can watch some highlights,is that the case?
About Zola. He was an Italian international who played for Chelsea for a time. He was a fantastic player, and an immensely popular figure at Chelsea in particular, and in England in general. He is a great sportsman, and well loved over here. No wonder he has come back!
Oh,in case you are wondering about Roy Keane. He was a pivotal figure as a midfield player, and enjoyed a lot of success with MAN UTD. Who are of course great rivals with Liverpool. PS-: Thanks for rooting for Liverpool! PPS-: Hope you are also rooting for England tonight. We are playing away tonight at Croatia,in a World Cup qualifying match.
Sorry,no.No better than 16th,for Sunderland. But,while they are your team,i will keep my fingers crossed for them this season. Except when they play against Liverpool,of course! As for West Ham,i see that Zola has just become their new manager. If he is half as good a manager as he was a player,West Ham will have nothing to worry about.
Hi again,Mike. I thought i may have been out of touch with Bruce and Anthea,as i don't watch much tv. But the only other high profile couple i could think of at the time, was the magician Paul Daniels and Debbie Reynolds, and i thought he may have sawn her in half,by now! PS...Apologies to Wilnelia!
Hi,Mike. I think that what no 1 brighton girl meant, was that while it is ok for a 20 year old girl to date a 40 year old man,for better compatibility between the partners, this age gap needs to reduce as time goes on. I mean,Bruce Forsyth & Anthea Redfern type relationships do exist, but i think they are thin on the ground.
Hi,again, anglophile. Sunderland? Sorry to put a dampener on your hopes. I don't think they will get relegated, but i can't see them finishing better than 16th. Have to disagree with you about West Ham,too. I think they have got too much going for them. I think they will finish in the bottom half of the table, but without the spectre of relegation looming over them, all season. Still,as they say, football is a funny old game!
I think that is a very touching, and heart rending poem. I am so sorry about the baby,it is a tragedy for your family. I am honest enough to say that i could not read that poem.It needs sterner stuff than i am made from. I would like to extend my condolences, and i am sure you have the support and best wishes of many people on this site.
Less than 2 hours to kick off,and i just heard the temperature will be in the 90's. I think that Scotland will have to play a containing game, hope they get the 'rub of the green',and hold on for a point. Good luck!
