Hey that museum is wonderful, did you make one of those tiny bricks, and you pay with old money I went to School in Shropshire and love that area with a passion.
I have been to Turkey a few times, but not as yet made it to Capadochia, but its high on my list, I saw some photos after a fresh fall of snow and was enthralled by its beauty.
This is, in my view, a spectacular post, it should be on the front page of the worlds press, If only more people would take the time to look at the whole picture, not just the media and press propaganda that is bandied out by all and sundry. I admire you and thank you.
Yes I have read about this, last year I spent Christmas in Sevastopol in Crimea, Ukraine, it was so different, as they celebrate Christmas on the 7th Jan, but their new year celebrations are just brilliant. I just need to get some sun not cut out for British winters
I think your so right, money in that quantity corrupts, When I was I lad I was desperate for a bike, so I saved, washed cars, mowed lawns anything to get some extra cash, my Dad took me to a cycle shop when I had got enough and I bought a second hand racer. it was my pride and joy for many years, out lasting lots of my mates bikes, because I looked after it, cleaned and oiled it every week, cause it was mine and I had worked hard to get it, Taught me so much about the value of things.
"If I were to suggest that between MY LEFT and RIGHT EARS there is a BRAIN revolving about A MUSHROOM in an elliptical orbit, nobody would be able to disprove my assertion provided I were careful to add that the BRAIN is too small to be revealed even by our most powerful telescopes. But if I were to go on to say that, since my assertion cannot be disproved, it is intolerable presumption on the part of human reason to doubt it, I should rightly be thought to be talking nonsense. If, however, the existence of such a BRAIN were affirmed in MIRRIADS OF BANAL POSTS IN FORUMS, to believe in its existence would become a mark of eccentricity and entitle the BELIEVER to the attentions of A psychiatrist."
You make a very good point Steve, and one that in all fairness, I had overlooked, yes we all want. indeed strive to provide our children with the best we can, but having said that, money is not the be all and end all, Love and care are needed far more and they cost nothing.
Sorry Steve while I admire his sporting ability and what he does for charity, I cannot help thinking that these footballers earn an obscene amount of money, plus the "Glittering" lifestyle thrust upon us by the media, just makes the vulnerable even more so, as they attempt to emulate their "Heros" a point being Jade Goody, grabbing her 15 mins of fame, trying so hard to be "Up there" with the Beckhams but in reality just being used as a puppet to make more money for those "working" her from behind.
RE: LAST POST WINS ?
