well done hon how many were u on a day and did u use any thing to help (patches, pills , electric cigs etc etc )

I am thinking of quitting but want to know what is the best product i can buy to help .. tried twice before went cold turkey and didnt end well

Its terrible really , so what the government are saying you wont get help unless your on your death bed and in an emergency room .(If you cant afford to pay and need serious medical help )

Its obvious that he has always worked or tried to maintain a job ..and of course paid his taxes .. yet when he is down on his luck he cant get help !
