ok so u hid ur true identity the only damage done is emotional u cant sue for that well not here anyway,not sure bout the states,and im sure everything u told him was true apart from ur pic n name, try n talk to him again explain why u did it u obviously were lackin in confidence at that stage,u didnt lie about ur feelings for him,n if he did develop feelings 4 u it was the real u not this fake pic r name,tell him ur sorry,lots of people hide there identity on datin sites dont worry bout it.......i liked this guy from a site turns out his pic was from a magazine but it wasnt his looks i liked it was the fact he made me laugh i still speak to him on a reg basis,i was gutted he didnt look anythin like hs pic n i didnt go out with him but i made a new friend
