You can't develop trust for a computer image. The one thing you have to remember is that there are real people behind those images. If your going to develope a relationship with someone long distance then both of you have to find a way to connect. It may be different for everybody. It may not work for everyone. By what you have said on this thread I don't think its the right thing for you, and thats fine. Everybody is different. But I don't think that anybody can say that what two people feel for each other isn't real because its online. Like I said before, you don't trust and have feeling for a computer monitor or picture. You have a relationship with the person.
I agree, you do have to trust the other person. Whether you meet somebody online or in person. It has to start with trust because without it you have no hope of anything else.
Thanks Dawn, your a sweetheart. I'm sure I will enjoy Oregon if for no other reason but that Bodhi will be there. I know your sincere in everything you've said, thats why I really hope you find someone special too. We all deserve our happiness.
I don't know what I expected to find when I came on CS. But what I ended up finding was an amazing person that I've become very close to. For that I am very grateful.
