I am very quiet in real life. I have a dry sense of humor, but am very quiet.....Except when it comes to my professional life. I know my stuff and am very vocal in my work.
It has been observed that while with a patient I am extroverted, jovial, direct, reassuring, and nonsense in terms of giving orders during stabilization.
But in the lounge I am quiet, reflective, reserved.
Lets tie them naked to a flag poll and hoist them up 35 feet - oh, and lets make sure it is 28 degrees outside. Not cold enough to kill them right away, but cold enough to take "shrinkage" to a whole new level.
It will take a while for you to feel better man. The lungs will do wonders in repairing themselves, and they will never be like new, but it takes 7 years on average for that process.
How have your eating patterns changed? What often happens is that when someone stops an addiction like smoking, another addiction comes into its place - for most it is eating.
You have to understand that nicotine is a stimulant. Stimulants are designed to make you feel better.
The best thing you can do is monitor your diet, get plenty of exercise, and replace the bad habit you have licked with good habits.
I am scientific on many things, but I am also philosophical about many things.
I am smart enough to know that there are many things that we don't have figured out and may never figure out. So rather than refuse to take anything by faith because I do not have it concretely figured out in front of me, I don't worry about it.
Yes owen, we are talking. But philosophically speaking, you are probably viewing me much more as a lost puppy dog than a giant stallion riding horsemen with flowing hair and the body of a god.
While your comparison is amusing, the only true comparison would be if doctors were out in the streets causing death, rather than in a controlled environment where they are presented with a myriad of conditions - many of which are life threatening to begin with.
yeah, but holy hell I can't keep my room mate's cat out of mine. I came home this morning and the thing was 3/4's of the way up it, perched like some kind of parrot, sleeping.
If that cat climbed my pole like that, it wouldn't live long.
I am not a transplant specialist so I can't really advise one way or the other. I know BP affects your ability to donate in a lot of areas including eyes, lungs, etc.
For two reasons....one, a subject with High BP tends to have abnormal blood circulation in the capillaries and smaller arteries that often supply blood to such organs.
For example, a person with high BP often site bulging feelings in the eyes when their BP is at its highest.
I don't know about bone marrow though. It seems that High BP would not affect bone marrow as I know it.
I wouldn't be so selfish as to waste a wish on myself. So, I wish that in the next few months, Sweetowen meets a Doctor who will take care of her in every way possible, starting with her heart.
RE: Does he/she like me if...?
looks, does she smile or frown? Does she look around or keep buried in a cell phone?
