Unsolicited junk software has entered my computer system and settled there. It is annoying. I have tried everything, but to no avail. I have tried “add/remove” in the “control panel”, but it didn’t work either.
Does anyone out there happen to know of any software program that I could download from the Internet, something that is effective and for free which I could use to remove the junk software?

George W. Bush is visiting a school. In one class, he asks the students if anyone can give him an example of a "tragedy." One little boy stands up and offers that, "If my best friend who lives next door is playing in the street when a car came by and killed him, that would be a tragedy."
"No," Bush says, "That would be an ACCIDENT."
A girl raises her hand. "If a school bus carrying fifty children drove off a cliff, killing everyone inside...that would be a tragedy."
"I'm afraid not," explains Bush. "That is what we would call a GREAT LOSS."
The room is silent; none of the other children dare volunteer.
"What?" asks Bush, "Isn't there anyone here who can give me an example of a tragedy?"
Finally a boy in the back raises his hand. In a timid voice, he says: "If an airplane carrying Mr. Bush and his administration team was blown up by a bomb, *that* would be a tragedy."
"Wonderful!" Bush beams. "Marvelous! And can you tell me WHY that would be a tragedy?"
"Well," says the boy, "because it wouldn't be an accident, and it certainly would be no great loss!"
Your grandma is right. One must be active in terms of happiness. But as you say, it is "easier said that done". We humans are vulnerable to things that make us unhappy. They occur uninvited, regardless how much you try to avoid them. That does not mean that I'm unhappy all the time. When I succeed I feel happy. I don’t know guys how you feel about it. Many of us humans have got almost everything for decent living. Materially I have got all ingredients for good living. Yet I’m unhappy. I know many people. I have many fiends, some of them are women, but none of them is fit as a girl friend or wife. There is a huge gap in my life. Very often I feel lonely also when I’m with my friends. Somebody is missing, a real female partner. Well, life can never be perfect. Pity.
I have joined “Connecting Singles” just today. Actually I’m new in the world of dating on-line. I have never tried it before. But I thought try it. Still, I’m not sure if this site is serious or is simply a hoax, i.e. gimmicks.
I checked some profiles and emailed their owners. But I have not received yet any reply. If I do not get any reply, i.e. none is interested in writing to me, then it is one of two things. Either I’m not interesting enough, or the whole thing is gimmicks.
The reason I’m looking for a girl-friend over the Internet is that my relationship with my wife has gone sour. And in Bielefeld, a kind of province, it is extremely difficult to get to know people.
