Unfortunately this is a way of getting mothers to vote for whatever party PB...
I remember when they brought out that each child that was born would get ex amount to put into a savings account....but the children of a certain age would not get it only children born in a certain year.....My Kids for one did not get it...It is all about attracting votes....If you want to become pregnant or have children then it is your choice and you should then be able to provide for yourself and your children...
The child benefit in the UK is one of the lowest in Europe and hardly buys a packet of nappies and wet wipes.....

Every council is either broke or on its knees....
No housing is available...even the homeless figure is wrong....
What happened to all the money put in the pot when local authorities sold of their housing stock.....
Here in Edinburgh Sir Fred's(the boss of the Royal Bank Of Scotland) home had all its windows smashed and they were in the process of taking away his shiny Black Merc...the reporter asked ....'Why are feelings running so high?'
On Monday Ireland just missed a total walk out by the majority of workers...
Today in London there are riots and the the RBS in the city has been stormed by protesters....
The new American 'Royality' arrived last night in London for the G20....did they walk off a plane and into a vehicle with four wheels... no they stepped onto the Marine 1 chopper....even Royality drive across London...then they showed the huge armour plated stretch black Limo and described the huge security operation put in place....who pays it all ...the normal worker/person in the street/ the tax payer???? This in a time of world recession..have they no shame????
Will this be the summer of discontent when the normal people take to the streets of the cities/towns through out the world shouting to be heard??????
