Actually it is the liberals. The conservitives believe that freedom of religion should be in all aspects of life, where as the liberals beleive that all forms of religion should be taken out of everything that receives tax dollars so not to offen those of other religions or those who don't believe in religion.
I just read over 3 rulings that took place between 2000 and 2005 that stated that no goverment agency may set a single religion. This goes back to freedom of religion.
The only ruling I have ever read was the one that states that the government can not set a state religion.... that had nothing to do with keeping religion out of the state. This allows each person to worship in theior own way or not at all if they so choose.
Hmmm... I saw an episode of the show South Park that in the script was written that Canadians had flapping heads and America needs to go to war with them before they do more damage to the US. Does this make it so beause it was written?
Very true. When costs go up for businesses they either have to raise prices or lower costs.... reducing the workforce. Who wins in this situation?.... only the federal goverment.
This is one of many reasons why I think the power of government should revert back to the states and taken away from the federal government. Then we would have more say in how the money is spent.

Actually the business owner bare the burden and the risk when it comes to job creation. The middle class class fill the position needed in the companies and get paid for the work performed. Sometimes it isn't a fair wage, but they aren't being prevented from leaving for another job. opportunity is out there, the whiners just don't have the hunger to go after it. In some cases people are delt a losing hand for the moment, but then they need to do something about it.
I have been on both ends of the spectrum. I have made $150k+ a year and have been homeless. One thing I never did was feel sorry for myself. I am working my way back to the top.
It was said that the Rodney King beating was unprovoked, by witnesses. It was later found that after being in a high speed chase and being on PCP and resisting arrest the officers careers were already down the tubes. you can't always beleieve the witnesses because they are rarely trained in obeservation.
I don't understand it either... I guess they just want the people that don't know any better to think the government is their protector and is giving them a gift... buying votes... see what good that did for the republican party...
