You have to wonder why Kavanaugh had his family in court, for support? Maybe his wife, but bringing his children?? No decent father would want his child to have to watch him being questioned in such detail. IMO he had them for the emotional effect it would have, and it worked, thousands of people commenting on how sorry they felt for his wife and especially his children. The EU is no longer a "Common Market" and as you said, Britain should be helping to restructure the sorry mess, sadly, due to Blair, giving away the right for Britain to veto and be in a position to restructure, it means the UK contributes far more than it receives, the EU actually works against Britain's best interests now, added to that England does not have any leaders that are strong enough to lead the way in the EU.
