RE: Kavanaugh

So you have a biased justice system, that only Republicans are innocent until PROVEN guilty.

Just because YOU think Obama and the Clintons are guilty does not make it factual. No court of law in the USA has even attempted to convict them, let alone find them Guilty.

Therefore, by your own definition, Obama and the Clintons are innocent of any accusations and suppositions.
Thank youhandshake

RE: Kavanaugh

Then why do you not apply the same rules to Obama and the Clintons, either they are also innocent of many accusations with no actual evidence or your legal system is biased to one particular political party?

A threatlaugh laugh laugh Getting paranoid in old age? Looks like your memory is playing up too, YOU may like to go back and read YOUR posts.

RE: Presumption of Innocence

You used to be a respected poster, so sad to see how you now only attack posters and never the post.
Maybe you need another break from CS?

RE: Presumption of Innocence

My house is in the Philipines not Thailand

I am not married to a Thai or Filipino

I am a citizen

RE: Presumption of Innocence

Obviously a lot better than yours, because I have never said Trump will claim a coup like a Chinese dictator.
You are twisting my comment after Trump stated he thought Xi's decision to allow a Chinese leader to remain a leader for life, was a good idea and maybe he would follow suit. Trump's words, not mine.
But with a supreme court in his pocket maybe Trump will change the constitution to allow unlimited repeat elections, however, that is still not a coup.

RE: Fred Trump, Don's daddy, was a MEGA tax Evader

Why would the Clinton foundation be a catastrophe under Hillary?

Trump is getting rid of those who oppose his lies and replacing them with "yes" men, absolute power corrupts absolutely.

Why would NZ want a compulsive liar as a leader?

Maga is a fallacy, seeing as the USA has never been "great", in all my reading, over 50 plus years I have never seen the title "Great United States of America" another lie perhaps?

The children of the mentioned people were never in a white house position, therefore not relevant.

RE: Presumption of Innocence

At least I have integrity and a moderate view on life, being a hard right wing must be tiring for an old man confused about communism.

RE: Presumption of Innocence

I did? You confuse me with someone else, I did say some time ago that Trump will stand down for the 2020 election, make some vague excuse about health or spending time with the family, the reality being he knows he will lose.
My point that you and the Conman purposely miss is that Trump is making sure he will have the supreme court support whatever he wants, even condone his blatant lies.

RE: Presumption of Innocence

Twisting my posts to fit your agenda hey Conrad? Not once have I suggested a left bias, in fact, I have consistently said the court should have NO political bias. And let me do the maths for you as you seem to have a problem, there will be 9 Justices in the supreme court, if one leans to the left, that means 8, let me spell that for you EIGHT heavily biased to the right and all 8 lapdogs to Trump.

If you think that is the correct procedure for the supreme court that is your right, but it goes everything the founders who established it ever wanted.

If Kavanaugh is selected and added to the supreme court, then Trump will, in essence, be above the law, and I thought republicans despised Dictators, guess not. comfort Heil Trump

RE: Presumption of Innocence

Thought everyone understood that presumption of innocence only applies to Republicanslaugh
After all, the moron in charge of the USA has declared several democrats guilty of unproven crimes. As have several members of CS.

Whats good for the gander and all thatrolling on the floor laughing

RE: GIVE BRETT KAVANAUGH A LIE DETECTOR TEST

Semantics, she has been accused of lying and fabricating the entire sordid event, and that is Character assassination.

You have to wonder why Kavanaugh had his family in court, for support? Maybe his wife, but bringing his children?? No decent father would want his child to have to watch him being questioned in such detail. IMO he had them for the emotional effect it would have, and it worked, thousands of people commenting on how sorry they felt for his wife and especially his children. To use his family in this way is about as low as you can get. I actually respected him until he did this.

RE: BREXIT STICKING POINT?

But most clubs allow members to leave, there may be a leaving fee, but unless it is the mafia, I cannot think of any club that actively tries to destroy a member who makes moves to leave.

And to be honest, I would not want to be in a club that allows members like Merkel, Junckers and Macron to not just join but rule over the rest.

RE: Communist Party USA

My being in China has what relevance to my post, or are you suggesting that because I work in China I cannot comment on Brexit, regardless of the fact I am British?

RE: Trump sets his pants on fire.......again

I come from 3 generations of corn merchants and have a very clear understanding for future contracts, if there is a major, unforeseen change in the production or selling of produce it is almost always the farmer that loses out

Seeing as you brought it up, under Obama the peak price for Soybean was just over 15 dollars per bushel and never dropped below 9dollars during his presidency.

RE: Trump sets his pants on fire.......again

You really need to make an appointment at Specsavers.

RE: GIVE BRETT KAVANAUGH A LIE DETECTOR TEST

One non right ring judge among all the other right wing Judges is giving the Democrats the control of the court, now maybe people can see how the Republicans lie and twist facts to meet their agenda.

Proof the Republicans are never honest!

RE: GIVE BRETT KAVANAUGH A LIE DETECTOR TEST

RE: Communist Party USA

Interesting that some condone a biased right court, yet think it is wrong for people to try and stop the bias.

Trump needs a corrupt court in order to continue lying with impunity, feel so sad for those that cannot see the reality behind this fiasco.

300 million people and the USA cannot find an honest unbiased judge, Americans must be so ashamed

RE: Trump sets his pants on fire.......again

A quick search on google for today's price of soybean shows a rapid drop against the beginning of the year. so Trump lied again. Fact
Feb 10.8 per bushel
Sept 8.5 per bushel

RE: Trump sets his pants on fire.......again

The maths is correct, the prices given are a projection, based on historical data, but with a completely new set of rules in place, and any projected forecast is inherently going to be wrong.

Soybeans biggest market was China, China stops buying US Soybeans, but the farmers still have crops to sell, the local market gets flooded with soybeans so the price crashes, anyone with an ounce of business acumen can understand that.

RE: Trump sets his pants on fire.......again

I am also confused, why is it okay for the Court to be 100% biased to the political right and not okay to have one, that's 1, A single person, who is moderate or even slightly to the left?

Why do Republican always make a drama out of the tiniest things? Not once has any Democrat suggested the court system should be all left bias, all they are saying is that by making the court 100% right bias, it will destroy the impartiality of that court.

RE: Communist Party USA

What about them? They are not about one country, Brexit will affect not just the UK but Ireland and many parts of Europe.
So no, we don’t have a forum to cover that, other than the international one.
Your comment is irrelevant

RE: BREXIT STICKING POINT?

Not true. I said "The UK makes some of the world finest cheese" and we do, Stilton is regarded as one of the finest cheeses, it is sold worldwide usually in 5 * hotels and restaurants. Cheddar cheese is sold or copied worldwide and just last year a Cheese made in Cornwall UK was voted as the best cheese in the world, called Cornish Kern.

RE: BREXIT STICKING POINT?

Heard the Turks were interested in buying some Marbles, we have a few lying around getting dusty in some museum, may as well flog them, could be a nice earner.
Greece had better start looking for new ways to make money, if they lose British tourists it will hurt, we are the third highest in number who visit Greece, maybe they will be forced to sell off some ancient junkgrin

RE: Trump shines through again

Fiction becoming a reality.

Churchill once said to the House of Commons, "Read 1984, it may be a fictional book, but mark my words, it may also be the most accurate prediction for the future". I may have the wording incorrect, but the meaning is the same.

RE: We want Brexit

You are 100% correct, the UK shouldn't leave the EU, but (there is always a "but") the whole political nightmare that controls the EU has changed the goal posts. The EU is no longer a "Common Market" and as you said, Britain should be helping to restructure the sorry mess, sadly, due to Blair, giving away the right for Britain to veto and be in a position to restructure, it means the UK contributes far more than it receives, the EU actually works against Britain's best interests now, added to that England does not have any leaders that are strong enough to lead the way in the EU.

If Thatcher or someone with similar balls were in power, then Britain would not need to leave, Britain could work with other countries to make the whole of the EU successful. It's a lovely dream!

RE: BREXIT STICKING POINT?

I read today that when the break happens the Uk will no longer be able to buy French cheese or wine, strawberries from Spain, etc etc. My god that means the end of the UK, Or does it, wait a moment, English strawberries are the best in the world, and if only available when in season, so be it, give something to look forward to, The UK makes some of the world finest cheese, so no problem there, and due to climate change, soon the Black Mountains will be home to the finest grape vines and well established vineyards will boom.
All in all a winwin situation,
Bye bye Europe, Don't forget to shut the channel doors as you leavegrin
