I have dated a couple of men from this site, and even went to a CS get together in Benidorm in 2010 (the year the Icelandic volcano erupted - I spent 2 weeks there instead of the 1 week that I had booked but all was good lol!) and I still keep in contact with a lot of the lovely folk I met.

A couple of my friends met their other halves through CS and have now been happily married for several years.

Sadly though, I have met a couple of "local" members on here who didn't have profile pictures and - suffice to say - they were nothing like their descriptions of themselves so I tend to be wary these days

All in all though, CS is completely free and even if you don't meet "the one" there is good craic to be had

I am a bit like yourself Secret, I joined about 2009 but took a break due to health reasons and have noticed all the changes as well - plus a lot of the old posters seem to have disappeared. I know of at least 1 couple who met here and are now married so the site does work sometimes lol!

Last mail I sent on here was to an obvious scammer telling me I was a wonderful God Fearing woman - I replied that I am a Pagan witch and if he contacted me again I would put a hex on him, needless to say he hasn't replied lol!
