I can't be "bothered" anymore by such petty things as: trolls, scammers, and ignorant threads and polls. When I do sign in, I keep it light-hearted and funny (most of the time). And if there's good conversation going I may leave a comment or two. Then I'm on my way again.....

The clarinet and sax are very similar. Except it takes alot more air/lung power for the sax. Speaking of sound-proofing....when I was a beginner my german sheppard would HOWL while I was practicing. Too funny!!!

At least if you play by ear, you don't have to worry about losing the sheet music!

I was in band for six years. My main instrument was the clarinet. Taught myself the saxophone and a little piano. Actually, had started piano lessons then dropped it. Now I wish I would've kept the lessons. Then about ten years ago I was tinkering around with a harmonica. I could play one song on it. These days, the only thing I play is the stereo.
