Oh dear Gawd, yes!! They're having a family reunion in the middle of the store and you can't get around them! They glare at you when you say "excuse me" and then ignore you!! I just walk through the middle of them to get something when that happens, here all we have is Walmart and pajama-clad idiots that their hair hasn't seen a brush/comb or shampoo in weeks, I have to hold my breath. It is a scary world at the local Walmart here.
1. Talking/texting on cell phones while driving a car. 2. Not putting the shopping cart away after using it. 3. Not using your blinker/turn signal when turning or changing lanes.
It is 7 PM here on a Friday night, not going out tonight, it is raining out there. We don't do particularly well when it rains here in California. There may be some flooding going on...
I think that guy was Sherwood Schwartz in front who was the creator of the show, Gilligan, Mary Ann, and Ginger, not sure who the one in the back is...
There is a difference between diesel and gasoline. Not sure why you ask about Diesel not that many people drive a car with diesel, are you a truck driver?
What a frightening experience for the dolphins, so glad there are still humans out there that care so much for them. This was an awesome story, thanks!
I actually have seven children, but at the time I had five living with me, the oldest wasn't at home and the youngest wasn't born yet (they're 18 years apart in age), I had an awesome husband and wife daycare team, the wife took care of the kids during the day and the husband took care of the kids at night. It worked out great. I was exhausted because I was over 35 at the time and the school was 45 miles from home and my job, I would leave my job and drive directly down there on a two-lane road that was so busy at 5 PM. I didn't known any better, just did it and since I love learning about medicine I enjoyed it. My kids have always been close to my daycare providers, so it was like family. Yes there were times I cried because I was so tired, but I got through it. When I finished school I stayed at my county job working for the courthouse. I did appreciate the 8 hour work day a lot better when I finished all school.
Okay, so I will fold on a couple of things. I am proud of my children. They are doing awesome, most of them. Though I am scared to death when they go on deployment. Still am proud of them.
I had an awesome job that I loved for 17 years. Own my house, my car, and my bike. Wrote some great stories and an essay that I won a scholarship to a school for medical assisting which I love learning, that was fun, exhausting but fun. I did it and finished while working full time with five kids at home on my own.
RE: REAL Life Pet Peeves
Well, then you should march you smart self into the best little dress shop and buy your own short skirt. That'll teach them!
