Hi Gypsey I have mixed feelings about the baking. Granted there are plenty of countries that get hotter weather than we do in the UK. But the great thing with most of them is that it cools down at night. Here though with often high humidity it stays hot at night and therefore it's difficult to sleep.
At least in the winter here one can hybernate under the covers and catch some zzzz's

Nice one, TC.. Hope you all had a great day The only prezzies i got were from 'me' and i bought both of them about a week before Christmas. A new Toaster from Sainsbury's and a new Acer Keyboard for my Desktop (Some of the letters were almost 'invisible' on my old one ) But it was a pleasant day. I cooked myself a nice roast dinner (Chicken.. As i'm not a great fan of Turkey) I'd also bought a couple of DVD's a few days early. The first Sherlock Holmes movie. With Robert Downey Jr as Holmes and Jude Law as Watson. I'm very much still a Jeremy Brett fan, when it comes to Sherlock. But the movie stands up in it's own right (Director - Guy Richie) The other was a movie entitled 'Unknown' starring Liam Neeson.
