Saturday Night Live was one of the best Parody shows in my generation. Before that, MIlton Berle and George Burns were very good at it, as well as Red Skelton.
I used to get mad rather quickly. Got over it in middle-age. (It's just not worth it). Now, if things get to that level, I leave the situation. I've developed good tactics, and have become functionally diplomatic. Anger is not necessarily "bad", but it can get out of hand in a hurry. Have you ever noticed that when somebody is really angry, there's no calming them down? They seem to need it to run its course.
Yes, sounds a bit corny. But did you know that all of the lavatories in statesmens' offices in the White House, including the President's two offices/bathrooms, are equipped with telephones? (All within reach of the commodes, of course). Queen Elizabeth had telephones in all of her lavatories......I knew a couple in Portland who had a phone permanently installed in their walk-in shower.
I suppose. Figure a family member who has just been completely wrong, for whatever reason. You don't respect them anymore, but usually still do love them. jmo
Do they talk kindly and peacefully? Are they attentive? Is their outlook positive? Are they well-read, capable of carrying on a good and friendly conversation? Are they clean, orderly, and groomed?
RE: What are the 7 different forms of art?
I noticed "Thespian" wasn't mentioned, yet I've always heard that Acting is an art form.
