RE: Fruit for heath

Daily eat few slices of my Golden Crust bread its ingredients include ground dried Gooseberry (Golden Fruit), Diced Dates, Raisins, Blueberries, Apple pieces, Longan fruits,, Mango, Kiwi Fruit, Apricot as well as other.
The freshly ground fruits and Walnuts, Almond, Cashew, Brazil, Hazel, Sunflower and Pumpkin seeds, Pine nuts, Goji berries, of course other secret nuts herbs, seeds and spices, including a teaspoon apple cider vinegar, teaspoon macadamia-nut-oil (Drum 58 of course!), teaspoon of Manuka honey...
Loaf made (when available) 250gm "Laucke Gluten Free Easy Bakers mixed grain flour" Wheat, Yeast & Dairy Free. Laucke easy bakers gluten yeast free Meals and Grains flour is self-rising, it has Baking Powder in it, no yeast. Baking soda, also known as sodium bicarbonate, which is widely used in baking because it has leavening properties, meaning it causes dough to rise by producing carbon dioxide and since Bill Gates Flu we had to have an international trade war premised on lies I’ve purchased and mixed many different Gluten Yeast Free Flours together, added 12.5 g of Baking Powder to every 250g of flour that wasn’t already self rising. I’ve been making my own no lumps in my Nut Butter.
I have been adding 1/4 teaspoon organic Moringa Leaf Powder that is native to India, Mango Powder and Spirulina powder. Cherimoya Powder, Pineapple Powder and for a while ground Papaya Seed Powder, and so I am eating slices of my Golden Crust daily, often include Avocado, however pretty much without fail each day I lunch on Fish & Chips in early evening most often Potatoe, Silver beet, and a piece meat.

Recently I've been putting together Smoothie and of course added Lactose Free Yogurt, Banana and Mango.
Some fruit I think are beneficial:
Bananas, guavas, cantaloupe, and mango's are examples of fruits higher in potassium. Potassium can help maintain a healthy blood pressure and regulate fluid balance in the body.
Oranges and tropical fruits such as mangos are high in folate. This can help the body produce red blood cells. Folate also supports healthy fetal development.
Lemons (and limes)
High in vitamin C, lemons and their lime green counterparts are fairly sour fruits. They don’t contain much sugar (only a gram or two per lemonTrusted Source or limeTrusted Source) and are the perfect addition to a glass of water to help curb your appetite.
Kiwi Fruit are technically considered a berry they are rich in vitamin C and low in sugar.
Avocado
Avocados are indeed fruits, and naturally low in sugar, avocados do have a lot of is healthy fats, which will help keep you satiated

RE: USA is Returning to the Moon!

USA will need to apply for a Chinese Moon Visa, having said that, note that United States and Russian space agencies have now signed a long-sought agreement to integrate flights to the International Space Station (ISS), allowing Russian cosmonauts to fly on US-made spacecraft in exchange for American astronauts being able to ride on Russia’s Soyuz.
Shortly before the agreement was announced, President Vladimir Putin replaced the head of Roscosmos, Dmitry Rogozin, with Yuri Borisov, a former deputy prime minister and deputy defence minister.

So condition number one: they was strap un-elected biden & prime minister zelenskyy onto the outside of the first rocket.
Condition number two: USA & Russian Federation must be nice to all the peoples of Russia including Ukraine.
Condition number three: They must eat Chinese Port grown in the 26 Story Pig farm in China and make payment constant with rules One Belt Initiative.
Condition number four: USA & Russia must apply for Chinese peace&happiness consent visa before landing on Moon comfort

RE: your body is not yours

your welcome Selenite wave

RE: your body is not yours

RE: your body is not yours

Yes it is very useful information, that link went straight to the subject matter of your post (I think) and therefore timely and very usefulwave

RE: your body is not yours

Well yes quite cute but gets better !!
Tibetans been studying Buddha Dharma a very long time.
The 17th Karmapa Lama's incarnations make interesting reading (first Karmapa, Dysum Khyenpa (1110-1193) ) a long time ago...meanwhile the 17th Karmapa quite recently wandered out of Tibet and he will be keeping an eye on things when HH 14th Dalai Lama enters the Bardo.

Soon after meeting Karma Phuntsok and fruit picking finished I headed to Sunshine Coast in Queensland, Karma headed back up far north Queensland near Cains.

Then one day I walked around a corner in Nambour on the Sunshine Coast and there was Karma Phuntsok.
Long story cut short I sat before a qualified teacher at FPMT Chenrezig Institute near Nambour it was there that I first formally studied Buddha Dharma.
The Spiritual Head of the FPMT at that time was Lama Yeshe. However when I finally listened up, Lama Yeshe was at a centre in the US of A. Where he died, his essence departed Lama Yeshe body and his reincarnation reappeared in Spain e.g. Lama Osel (Tenzin Ösel Hita)...
Today I happened to notice on August 10, 2019 Lama Osel (Lama Yeshe's incarnation) gave a talk on Dharma in daily life as a link appeared on my Facebook today:
Link to FPMT One Big Love.

RE: Every one to their own...

Depends, because at birth we are born with a clear mind, "Every one to their own..." (What does that mean to me) NA since birth we have been bombarded with information so it means "0" tiddly swat.
Likely some clown likely chucked water on-de-head and uttered your name is bla bla bla, which of course represents utter rubbish, mere label, however whether I like that or not I was labeled Robert bla bla, a mere label it is of course complete nonsense.
"Every one to their own..." is everyone's right, well if we were our own then we would still be babbling gaga scold

To my mind it means while we still can we should check up. Seek out qualified source for tested trustworthy information that is what that means to me

RE: your body is not yours

The Cells That Changed the Earth
Some of the oldest cells on Earth are single-cell organisms called bacteria. Fossil records indicate that mounds of bacteria once covered young Earth. Some began making their own food using carbon dioxide in the atmosphere and energy they harvested from the sun. This process (called photosynthesis) produced enough oxygen to change Earth's atmosphere. Soon afterward, new oxygen-breathing life forms came onto the scene. With a population of increasingly diverse bacterial life, the stage was set for some amazing things to happen.

Drawing the History of Evolution
Mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) has a unique pattern of inheritance. It is passed down directly from mother to child, and it accumulates changes much more slowly than other types of DNA. Because of its unique characteristics, mtDNA has provided important clues about evolutionary history. For example, differences in mtDNA are examined to estimate how closely related one species is to another.
The Structure of Cells
dek
The human body has trillions of cells, each one with a nucleus, its command center. In each nucleus, DNA is tightly coiled around proteins called histones that work as support structures for genes
The Role of DNA and Genes
Genes contain the codes for cells to produce the various proteins that organisms need to function. Humans have approximately 25,000 genes. Darwin and his followers taught us that it takes many generations to rewrite this basic genetic code

Our perfect human rebirth is very precious particularly (moving energy) our current human rebirth is endowed with an enhanced ability to reason. Each of us can/could comprehend if we take the time to check-up, and can determine that purpose for this life should be to over come our " ill's " !
The purpose of this life could be, and should not be, to just achieve temporary impermanent happiness like eating an ice cream, because "desire" is actually just suffering bound up in time, whereas the highest path is not just renunciation but a path benefiting others.

RE: your body is not yours

Thank you but not all pleasant wave

RE: What is one's consciousness?

What is the Mind?
by His Holiness the Fourteenth Dalai Lama There is little agreement among Western scientists about the nature and function of mind, consciousness

One of the fundamental views in Buddhism is the principle of “dependent origination.” This states that all phenomena, both subjective experiences and external objects, come into existence in dependence upon causes and conditions; nothing comes into existence uncaused. Given this principle, it becomes crucial to understand what causality is and what types of cause there are. In Buddhist literature, two main categories of causation are mentioned: (i) external causes in the form of physical objects and events, and (ii) internal causes such as cognitive and mental events.

RE: your body is not yours

After Vietnam I went round the world few times and met a Tibetan I met in Kathmandu he was rather sick laying on his restaurant floor so lady friend I was traveling with at the time Jannie Burns and I, hooked in and cleaned and repainted his restaurant, he got instantly better (haha) his name was Tenzing.
Year later Tenzing & I met up again in India he was then living alongside the Tibetan Refugee Self Help Center in Bhutia Busty, Darjeeling. I revisited Tenzing once again as well, we just bit stoned, drunk etc etc, we talked and talked as he had experiences fighting the Chinese and had been parachuted into Bangladesh after India had requested HH Dalai Lama supply troops when Pakistan invaded India.
The on arrival here in Australia while searching for work guy pulled up and asked me if i wanted job picking fruit, I accepted on the spot as i had no money at all. So the drove me to his packing shed, told me I could sleep the night there and pickers would arrived about 6-30 a.m. the first person who appeared in the morning was Karma (Karma Phuntsok) a Tibetan Thangka painter, < > in that way I met Tibetan teachings handshake

RE: your body is not yours

I found attending formal discourses very helpful, very different to my previous upbringing, is debate based using logic and reason.
