I suggested to a friend he should check out the Olympus 40-150mm lens, its been round a long time, i have one with me all the time because it better in low light than the 300mm lens. One camera I chucked away was caused because i was using Olympus Zuiko 75-300mm, that was sold as suitable for wildlife but the forgot to mention it wasn't weather, cold, dust resist, AU$1900.00 camera bit the dust... The 40-150mm is weather, cold, dust resist, has its own focusing engine built in and not to expensive (say $1300.00) Worth a look mate

I've never been comfortable with Olympus support services. Have tossed away more than a couple of cameras. Stayed with Olympus mainly because have so much invested in the camera and particularly lens ('s). Probably the proper name for the breed in Switzerland would be Braunvieh. However Brown Swiss cattle DNA shows the breed originated in Afghanistan region.
