India, amongst other subcontinent countries, has the lowest cost of living in the world.
First world countries have extortionate prices for housing, utilities and other everyday expenses.
You would need to study and gain qualifications in medicine or other professional fields to earn an income to be able to afford it and even then, be prepared to start at the bottom as these qualifications are often not recognised.
I don't mean to burst your bubble, just calling it like it is, but if you work hard you might make your dream come true like many others have
The industry I work in is quite challenging and demanding; I love what I do but it's easy to get so absorbed in it that the days, weeks and months fly by and I've realised that, aside from the odd day off here and there, I've only taken one week's leave in the past twelve months
I need to be more aware of self care (and potential burnout) which I've recognised while being on leave over the Christmas break.
