I wasn't talking,if people with tatoos are "Happy or Not"", It does looks to me,"like bad art on them"".- It looks to me "tatoos" to be in fashion,and people rushing to be IN.
Don't have any tattoo, and don't see the reason to have one, just because is the fashion or to be fasionable having them. Maybe the ones seeing their tattooes, what looks like,when older, am almost sure they'll regret it,having them.-
