and further, i heard they charged her with a felony for violating and damaging the endangered owl's habitat.... the judge cited that the splinters are essential for the raptor's nest building.... judge alse mention that her reckeless invasion of the bird's space clearly caused it stress which lead to its violent defense of its home.... tho the lady claimed not to even realize that the bird was on the tree and being unaware that owls DO live on trees and hunt from them, judge refuted that
